Step 0: Preregister your team on the ACM Site (http://icpc.baylor.edu/icpc). This is required and must be done by October 14!!!. It is not necessary to register the team members by this date. Be sure to select "The 2005 ACM-ICPC South America Contest outside Brazil". Also, send an e-mail to the site coordinator Federico Meza including your team information.
Make a reservation for each team you plan to bring to the contest, in order to ensure slots for your teams.

Step 1: Send full team information to the site coordinator Federico Meza and complete registration on the ACM Site (http://icpc.baylor.edu/icpc). You should include the names of the team members, coach, and institution. Deadline: October 31.

Step 2: Registration Fee Payment. Deadline: November 11.

b) Fax a copy of the deposit slip to your site's coordinator

Step 3: Fill out and mail the Qualification Statement. Deadline: November 11.

By clicking here, you will get a copy of the Qualification Statement, to be filled out and signed by the Team's Faculty Advisor. Then deliver it to your site's coordinator. We should receive your statement by Nov 11; without it your team will not be allowed to compete.
