This is a very special conference site, so please be careful with some restrictions that may seem unusual. First, it will be almost impossible to join or leave the conference in the middle for obvious reasons.
The second restriction is that the boat can take up to 68 people, so there will be limits on the number of assistants.
There will be guaranteed places for at least one author of each paper, invited speakers, PC members willing to attend and the organizing committee. There will be some extra places for accompanying people that will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis.

The price of the registration for the conference covers all the expenses and is divided in two parts: the participation in the conference itself (which is the typical conference fee, proceedings included) and the accommodation, which includes cabin, banquet, and unlimited food and drinks all along the trip. Acompanying family just has to pay the second part of the price. |

On the other hand, rooms have to be shared by two people, and can be shared among three to reduce their price. The first part of the price is not yet defined. The second part depends on the type of cabin (there are limited cabins of each type) and it is a single price for the whole trip:
